Vive la France!
Springtime in Paris - it is all that they say. I went on a whirlwind 9 day vacation - my first visit to France.
I was lucky enough to stay in beautiful Versailles at the Trianon Palace. I commuted 30 minutes to Paris whenever I pleased, which I did often.
Paris the city of light - also of fashion, food, fun, history and romance. Ooh la, la!
Everyone, especially women of the "girly girl" variety, should go at least once in their lifetime. I loved hearing "bon jour mademoiselle", "bon soir." As Fancy Nancy would say everything sounds fancier in French.
Je retournerai - I will be back!
